This seasoning is a must in my kitchen. I use it every day. I have a basic
mixture I make consisting of mushrooms, peppers, garlic, ginger and
onion, cut in small blocks. I ALWAYS add the chick n seasoning, no salt. I
then use that with any dish whether it is gravy or garnish, it gives an
